Despite her extensive search, she had yet to discover one that compared.

She decided to rekindle her love for baking in 2020 by making a carrot cake for her husband's birthday. This has since become a cherished tradition. Family and friends, after tasting the cake, have consistently praised it as the best they have ever had. One family friend, a self-proclaimed carrot cake enthusiast, declared it to be the best carrot cake he has ever tasted.
